ThaliScan — Terms of Service

Effective: 31 August 2026

1. Estimates only. Calorie and nutrient values are AI and database estimates for general wellness. They are not medical, dietary, or treatment advice.
2. Your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest data lives on your device until you link an account.
3. Subscriptions. Premium is billed through Google Play, renews until cancelled in Play, and is subject to Play's refund policies. Free-tier AI scans are limited per day.
4. Fair use. Automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass scan limits may lead to suspension.
5. Content. Photos you scan are yours; you grant us the transient right to process them to produce your results. We do not store them.
6. Availability. The service is provided "as is"; AI analysis may occasionally be unavailable or wrong — you can always edit results.
7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
